Post-Disaster Response Team

Dennis J. Hall, FAIA, FCSI has completed training by the CalOES and FEMA as a Safety Service Worker for essential emergency duties during times of disaster or emergency. As a member of the North Carolina Emergency Management volunteer safety assessment team, Mr. Hall can be deployed to assist communities with post-disaster building safety assessment. Hall Architects believes that all professionals have a responsibility to give back to their communities, especially in times of emergency.

Design Professionals Seminar Invites Dennis J. Hall

Dennis J. Hall, FAIA, FCSI has been invited to participate as a member of the expert’s panel at the Carlock Copeland Annual Risk Management for Design Professionals Seminar in Charleston, SC on June 2, 2016, to discuss the role of the forensic expert and provide insight on recent construction industry trends that result in claims.  This very informative seminar is always very well attended for architects and engineers in North and South Carolina.

Lonnie Coggins | Director of Field Services |

Lonnie Coggins brings his of experience in roof, waterproofing, and building enclosure investigation to the firm as Director of Field Services. In this role, he directs the firm’s investigative team, assist in property conditions assessments, and performs construction contract administration services.

 

Leslie S. "Les" Coggins | Professional Engineer |

Les Coggins has over fifty years of experience in the fields of electrical engineering and facility operations. His numerous projects include primarily industrial, commercial, institutional and military complexes. 

 

Steve Craton | BIM Manager | 

Steve Craton has fifteen years of experience in architectural design and as CAD Manager for large A/E firms. As BIM Manager he will lead the firm’s design technology efforts, bringing building information management to assist our staff in the communication of critical information to clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
